Where do you ship?
We’re delighted to ship worldwide from our home in Meridian, USA! Currently, we’re unable to deliver to some Asian countries and remote regions due to logistical constraints.
What are my shipping options?
We offer two charming shipping options:
✈ Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving in 10-15 days after dispatch with tracking and insurance.
🎁 Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS, arriving in 15-25 days after dispatch with basic tracking.
How long does order processing take?
Each order is handled with care, taking 1-2 days to process before shipping. During this time, we lovingly wrap and prepare your items for their journey to your home.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! For Standard Shipping, you’ll receive detailed tracking, while Free Shipping includes basic tracking. We’ll send you charming updates at every step of your order’s journey.
