All products are described as accurately as possible, with colors that may vary slightly due to monitor settings. We take great care in selecting each item, just as we hope you’ll take care in enjoying them.

Order Process

When you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. This represents our acceptance of your order, which we’ll process with the same care we use when wrapping our delicate glassware.

Payment is processed immediately when your order is placed. We never store your full payment details on our servers.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in USD. While we maintain our inventory carefully, occasionally an item may sell out. In such cases, we’ll notify you promptly and offer alternatives or a full refund.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time

We take 1-2 business days to carefully package your order with the same attention we give to arranging our collection.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50, arriving within 15-25 business days after dispatch

Note: We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 30 days of shipment. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue with the same dedication we apply to selecting our keepsake ornaments.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original packaging with tags
• You provide proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Personalized items (custom engraved plaques & signs)
• Opened candles
• Used kitchen linens, pillows & blankets

Return Process

Please email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide return instructions and address (4605 Evergreen Lane, MERIDIAN, US 39305). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
